You will be staying in an apartment located in the same building as our architecture agency. • Common areas: do not leave or store anything; they must remain clean and clear. • Residential quiet: respect the neighborhood and quiet hours 10 pm–8 am; no parties. • Waste sorting: household waste / recycling / glass (bins in the garage). • Summer comfort: passive cooling by geothermal active slabs. This system improves comfort but does not guarantee a fixed temperature; it may vary depending on the weather (heatwave, sunshine, usage). Please lower the blinds during the day and ventilate early morning/evening. • Departure (10 am): dishes washed and put away, trash taken out, lights off, windows/patio doors closed, keys returned to the box; send us a short message “All OK”. Detailed access information (codes, exact locations, etc.) is provided after booking.

Un très bel appartement désigné avec goût (bon on en attend pas moins d’une agence 😁). J’ai aimé la qualité des équipements proposés (four, lave vaisselles, lave linge, etc). Et aussi la qualité du lit et des draps. Très bien placé à proximité du centre ville en tram ou des bassins à flot à pied. Bref parfait séjour

Les instructions étaient clairs, la résidence est récente, l’appartement est fonctionnel, agréable et propre ! Idéalement bien situé. Bord de quais, tram à proximité. Absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon séjour !
